He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Woods and Annie Woods (Maltman); his siblings, Dallas, Raymond, Robert and Louise; and his sister-in-law Pat.

He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Meyer (Richard) of West Fargo, ND and John Woods (Deanna) of Prescott Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Sarah and Katlyn Woods; and his sister-in-law Donna Woods. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
