Joanne E. Groth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne E. Groth (Fargo, North Dakota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bartholomay and Blanche Bartholomay (Briscoe); her husband Wayne Groth; her daughter-in-law Nanette Little; and her stepdaughter Deb Crocker.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Little of Sacramento, CA, Pamela Rud (Wayne) of Fargo, ND, Brenda Freyholtz (Larry) of Fargo, ND, Brian (Stacy) of Fargo, ND and Brent; her grandchildren, Jarrett Halverson (Katie Bruner), Erick Halverson (Gabby), Traci Rud (Becky Evenson), Melissa Johnson (Andrea), Kathryn Visser (Sam), Michael Little, Maggie Beltz (Jason), Nicholas Crocker (Emily), Corey Crocker, Catherine Groth (Mitch Sierra) and Robert Groth; and her nephew Kevin Groth (Joyce). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Riverview Place Chapel (5300 12th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Hospice of the Red River Valley, Fargo.
