He is survived by: his father Tim Jacobson; his wife Lisa; his children, Luke, Joey and Kelsie; his sister Sarah Mevold (Jan); his nieces and nephews, Jetta, Jack, Mila and Bella; his brother Nick (Amy); his nieces and nephews, Mia, Niko, Elle and Adam (Ann); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amelia, Max and Jordan; his grandmother Alice Anderson; his parents-in-law, Michael and Theresa Weyandt; and also, Mike Weyandt Jr. (Megan), Addison, Ken Weyandt (Leah), Mason, Cooper, Stacey Anderson (Luke), Maisy, Camryn and Harley.

Memorials are preferred to the family.
