He is survived by: his girlfriend Patti Anderson; his daughter Jessi Butenas (Darren); his grandchildren, Joslynn, Wiatt Butenas, Chase Jr., Xavier Christiansen and Adrien Peterson; his brother Craig Krause (Denise); and his brother-in-law Kim LaDuke. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
