He was predeceased by: his father Lee Ashley Cutler; and his grandparents, Joe, Mabel Bird (Ystebo), Roy and Judith Cutler (Lee).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Levin, Theon, Merek and Charlotte; his mother Ilean Cutler Maetzold (Bird); his children, Ashley Cutler, Mischael Gilmore (Nicholas) and Thomas Cutler; and his siblings, Paul Cutler (Dawn), Mary Vargo and Brad Cutler (Lee Anne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to NAMI.
