Jean Irby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Irby of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Staples, Minnesota, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Irby to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her daughter LuAnn; her granddaughter Laura Sue; and her brother Pat Norris. She is survived by: her husband John T. Irby of West Fargo; her children, John Irby (Jan) of Casselton, ND, Carol McIntire (Don) of Hewitt, MN and Sue Hightower (Lance) of Terlton, OK; her grandchildren, Joseph Irby, Lindsey Bladow (Jeff), Alexandra Tollefson, RaeLee Hightower and Sterling Hightower; her great grandchild Ember Bladow; and her siblings, Ann Bailey, Jim Norris and Joe Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to the Rainy River College Foundation for the LuAnn Irby Memorial Scholarship fund. (1501 Highway 71, International Falls, MN 56649).
