She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Olson and Helga Olson; and her siblings, Andrew Olson (Helen), Henry Olson (Bernice), Erling Olson (Anna Mae), Olin Olson (Ethel), Lloyd Olson (Elizabeth), Alda Raeder (Duane), Hans Olson (Anna), Ole Olson (Marjorie) and June Marsden (Howard).
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Schuschke of Lidgerwood, ND.; her sons, Mark Schuschke (Marnie) of Grand Forks, ND and Donn Schuschke of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Porter and Zak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (613 16th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Fargo National Cemetery (8712 40th Ave NW, Harwood, ND 58042).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Helga's honor may be directed to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Vang Cemetery Fund, or Sanford Hospice House.
