With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harley Meinhardt of Fargo, North Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Michael James Norquay Beston; and her grandparents, Susan and Sylvan Beston. She is survived by: her mother Emera Meinhardt; her husband Tyler Belgarde Jr. (Emery Serena); her daughter Emery Serena (Tyler Belgarde JR); her siblings, Aaliyah Norquay (Victor Navarrete), Mackenzie Percy, Alyssah Norquay, Mikayla Norquay, Marlee Meinhardt, Mya Norquay, Destiny Norquay, Amber Baker and Michael Norquay Jr.; and her aunt Angel Azure-Beston. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Eagle Heart Cultural Center.
