Gerald J. McDonald Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern McDonald and Freeman McDonald of Donald's Livestock; his wife Judi McDonald; his daughter Kelly Breidenbach (Nick); his grandson Yikealo Breidenbach; and his siblings, Tom McDonald, Mary Romanchek, Kathy Zimmerman and Peggy Weaver.

He is survived by: his children, Stacy Schwab (Dave) of Fargo, John McDonald (Cynthia) of Lebanon, MO, Shannon Williams (Dave) of Lake Havasu, AZ, Paul McDonald (Tina) of Fargo and Tammie Gates (Ted) of Marshall, VA; and his sister Maureen Lawrence of Mpls, MN.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

He stopped and talked to the homeless every chance he got and donated time and resources to many food banks and other non-profit organizations that meant a lot to him.
