He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stenen and Ardith Stenen; and his siblings, Arnie, Vern, Larry, Ernie and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Arnold (Mark), Allison McLaughlin (Jeff), Melissa Backstrom (Brent), Aaron Stenen (Christina) and Randy Stenen (Nicole); his grandchildren, Chelsie Arnold, Matt Arnold, Markie Frey, Tanner Ess, Jeremy McLaughlin, Mikenzie Ess, Mariah Stenen, Kaylin Stenen, Alayna Stenen and Adelyn Backstrom; and his siblings, Judy Sevald (Alvin) and John Stenen (Terry). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
