He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Witte (Serum) and Alvin Witte. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Witte (Gerlach) of Mary's Cathedral; his children, Beth Witte-Neuman (Brian Neuman) of Tucson and Bret Witte (Amy Knight) of Fargo; his grandchildren, Isabella, Peighton, Ethan, Madison and Tatum; and his sisters, Claudia Wilson of Omaha, NE and Marion Witte of Austin, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Frank and Pat spent winters in Tucson, Arizona from 2011 to 2015 before the effects of Parkinson's made travel too difficult.
