She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Thompson and Hazel Thompson (Peterson); her son-in-law Michael Gorra; and her siblings, Vernon, Layton, Virgil, Gerald, George and Delores Wolf.
She is survived by: her daughter Joy Gorra of Chanhassen, MN.; her husband Lynn Melby of Rustad, Minnesota.; her son Keith of Minneapolis, MN; and her siblings, Beverly Vandrovec of Fargo, Gladys Fredrickson (Ron) of Phoenix, AZ and Galeyn Thompson (Marcey) of Lisbon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
