He was predeceased by: his parents, Medrick Fontaine and Irene Fontaine (Nichols); his wife Joanne Loge; and his sister Gayle Anderson of Fargo. He is survived by: his daughters, Darcy Kankelfritz (Daylon) of Fargo and Wendy Fontaine of Fargo; his grandson Brandon Kankelfritz of Fargo; and his sisters, Sherry Gregie (Bob) of Grand Forks, ND, Barb Davis of La Porte, Texas and DellaRae Westwood of Casper, Wyoming..
