Douglas Campbell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Campbell in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Campbell and Freda Campbell (Mueller); his parents-in-law, Sylvester and Sophia Breitbach (Jacobsen); his granddaughter Sophia May; his brother Richard Campbell; his brother-in-law James Goecke; and his brothers, Leslie (Phyllis Breitbach) and Dwain (Phil Breitbach).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn of Mary's Church; his children, Carla Giauque (Chris), Kristine Birouk and Mark Campbell; his grandchildren, Candace Hartlieb, Amanda and Nicholas Giauque; his siblings, Sheila Goecke, William Campbell (Bonnie-Jeanne) and Dr. Robert Campbell; and his sister-in-law Donna Campbell. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John's Catholic Church (115 2nd St N, Wahpeton, ND 58075). A prayer was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
