We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 96, Donald J. Thoreson (Fargo, North Dakota), born in Kenmare, North Dakota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald J. Thoreson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Thoreson and Doris Thoreson; his wife Mary Lou; his brother Duane; and his sons-in-law, Mark Kierstead and Saucedo.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Hasz (Herb), Joan Saucedo, Pam Thoreson (Aleta Wegner) and Jay Thoreson (Kelly); his grandchildren, Hilary (Paul), Ted (Kari), Scott, Jacob (Nicole), Joshua (Taylor), Zachary (Emily) and Nathaniel (Rachel); and his brother Lowell Thoreson (Audrey). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pioneer House Assisted Living Chapel (3540 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58104). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
