Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her parents, Alan Christensen and Sharon Christensen (Kirchmeier); her husband Travis Wellen; her sons, Joe Wellen of Fargo, ND and Tommy Wellen of LaCrosse, WI; and her siblings, Gary Christensen (Jan) of Fargo, ND and Karla Mehus of Mayville, ND. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (2010 Elm St N, Fargo, ND 58102). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
