He was predeceased by: his parents, James Radcliffe and Mary Radcliffe; and his sister Anne Pepple. He is survived by: his children, Jason Radcliffe, Ashley Carmody (Tom), Michael Radcliffe (Erica), Mark Radcliffe and Greg Radcliffe; his granddaughters, Adalynn and Nora; his child Bernesia Radcliffe; and his former wife Bernesia Radcliffe. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
