He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Johnson and Rhea Johnson; his wife Amanda; his children, Parker and Kylee; his sister Jamie (Chris Hadland); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Luke Hadland, Grant, Ivy Senger, Khloe, Everleigh and Archer Martin.
