It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Mae Christianson of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Amenia, North Dakota, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Brekke and Gladys Brekke; her husband Carmen Christianson; and her brother Harold Brekke. She is survived by: her siblings, Mavis Madsen and John Brekke (Jean); her children, Craig Christianson (Tracie Lehman), Kim Sholy (George) and Kari Christianson (Bill Martodam); her grandchildren, Krista Sholy, Daniel Sholy (Jenta), Christian Colman, Nicole Smith and Casey Smith (Coleen); and her great grandchildren, Daxton and Blakely Sholy. She is also survived by her friends, family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association and Hospice of the Red River Valley.
