It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Bundens of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Woodbury, New Jersey, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her cousin H. E. Smith Jr. of Reading; her parents, Edward M. Bundens Jr. and E. Victoria Bundens Giger (Smith); and her former husband David North.
After she retired, Barb spent time as a volunteer with RSVP at the Hector International Airport Information Desk, Hospice of the Red River Valley, Plains Art Museum, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, and the Giving and Learning Program.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the BBN/MH Scholarship Endowment at the NDSU Foundation, the Victoria S. Giger Memorial Scholarship Endowment at Bloomsburg University, the Women's Fund Endowment of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation or the charity of your choice.
