He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cossette and Eva Cossette (Lord); his brother Edward Cossette (Evelyn); his mother-in-law Shirley Severson; his brothers-in-law, Melvin Hubrig and Loren Lind; and his nephew Glen Hubrig.
He is survived by: his former wives, Arlene Andrus and Deborah Bond; his wife Deb; his children, Michelle Steffens (Scott) of Fairmount, ND, Laurie Blotske (Jason), Chad Cossette, Carrie Cebron (Ed) of Whitefish, MT, Tammy Young, Dean Andrus (Michele) and Stephanie Bond; his sisters, Doris Hubrig of Hankinson, ND and Judy Lind; and his father-in-law Earl Severson of Fergus Falls, MN. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
