He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Sprunk and Elizabeth Sprunk (Heilman); his siblings, Rose Ann Garland and Fred Sprunk; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Sprunk, Louis Coppeloni and George Garland.
He is survived by : his siblings, Rev. Ralph Sprunk, Jr. (Vera) of Pella, IA and Mary Lou Cappelloni of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by daughter, son, and 2 grandchildren.
