Maurice Lee Wavra Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2025, at the age of 91, Maurice Lee Wavra (Enderlin, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Sadie; his wife Carole; his brothers, Malon, Tucker and Jerry; and his sister-in-law Donnene.

He is survived by: his children, Patti Godtel (Don), Mike Wavra (Wanda), Jodi Forcucci, Amy Thilmony (Don), Sue Rich (Jeff) and Sara Laber (Brock); his grandchildren, Beau Godtel (Marde), Andy Godtel, Rachel Robinson (John), Lauren Bontije (Jacob), Joey Forcucci, Nicholas Thilmony (Sarah), Chelsie Kennedy (Shane), Molly Navratil (Matt), Emily Clover (Elijah), Sadie Rich, Kasey Urzendowski (John), Anthony Laber and Danny Forcucci (Racheal); and his sisters-in-law, Leah Wavra and Betty Wavra. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (302 Bluff St, Enderlin, ND 58027). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
