He is survived by: his mother Patricia Horn of Little Falls, MN; his daughter Kallia Nicole Rinkel of Grand Forks, ND; and his siblings, Terry Horn (Lynnetta) of Enderlin, ND, Jon Horn (Sarah) of Little Falls, MN, Eric Horn (Caitlyn) of Manchester, IA and Alicia Horn of Bertha, MN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
