She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chris Wallner and Martha Wallner; her husband Donald Aspelund; her siblings, Wilbert, Kenneth, Jerry, Evelyn Gregory and Alice Wallner; her granddaughters, Hope and Faith Aspelund; her children, Thomas (Nancy) of Fort Collins, CO, Dan (Paula) of Shakopee, MN, Jan (Denise), Jon Aspelund (Connie) of Lakeville, MN and Julie Hanson (Mark Pederson) of Hudson, FL.; and her sisters, Vivian Skramsted and Vonnie Cowden.

Donations in Doris's honor may be given to Parkside Lutheran Nursing Home.
