He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Philo and Lois Luella Philo-Ince (Lawton). He is survived by: his wife Jammy Lynn Philo (Paris); his son William Anthony Philo of Arkansas; and his siblings, Lori Kay Philo-Cook (Bill) of Yukon, OK, Thomas Wayne Philo (Charlene) of Kernersville, NC, Kelley Sue Hislop-Philo of Houston, AK and Mary Anne Powers (Philo). He is also survived by husband and son and a wonderful brother.
