He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Babcock and Mary Babcock (Brandner); his siblings, LeRoy (Ruth), Marvin, Ambert and Blanche Bohle (Howard); and his nephew Donald Babcock.
He is survived by: his former wife Elaine Mills; his children, Connie Suzanne of Pheasant Lake, ND, Steven Laurance Babcock and Steve Babcock of Ellendale; his sister-in-law Dorene Babcock of Sioux Falls; his nephew David Babcock of Sioux Falls; and his niece Dori Van Watermeulen (Perry) of Colorado.
