She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Dover and Amy Van Dover (Siemann); her husband Dale Davis; her siblings, Thomas, Daniel, Jerald, Donald, Phillip and Veronica Van Dover; her sister-in-law Audrey Van Dover (Jerald); and her nephews, Greg Robinson and David Van Dover.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Anliker (Blaine) of Chugiak, AK, Sonya (Jason Breyer) of Baltic, SD, Patrick Mikkonen (Carrie) of Parkston, SD, Rheiff Mikkonen (Kimberly) of Box Elder, SD and Heather Mikkonen-Sylvester (Matt) of Cambridge, MN; her stepchildren, John Davis of Ellendale, ND, Sherry Bice (Mike) of Belle Fourche, SD, Brenda Morris (Shannon) of Deadwood, SD and Kristy Hegge (Duane) of Aberdeen, SD; her siblings, Kenneth Van Dover (Elaine) of Aberdeen, SD, Owen Van Dover of Aberdeen, SD, Mark Van Dover (Linda Jo) of Westport, SD, Beverly Robinson (Robert) of Rochester, MN and Linda Brooks of Aberdeen, SD; and her sister-in-law Kay Van Dover (Phillip). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that you plant a tree in memory of Cook or send a donation to St. Joseph's Indian School or the charity of your choice.
