She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Forster and Josephine Forster of Lidgerwood, ND.; her husband Reuben D. Schlenker of Forbes, ND; her daughter Kenda; and her sisters, Helen, Francis and Lorraine.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Schlenker of Huron, SD; her granddaughter Kristin Lefforge of Ellendale, ND; her son-in-law John Lefforge of Ellendale, ND; and her niece Shirley Shepherd of Dillon, MT.
