We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 87, James Billey of Ellendale, North Dakota, born in Aberdeen, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Billey and Lucy Billey (Warnick). He is survived by: his wife Dianne R. Miller of Ellendale, ND; his sons, Lloyd of Fargo, ND and Mark of Frederick, SD; his stepgrandchildren, Richard and Jaiden Handrigan of Providence, RI; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Smith of Hettinger, ND.
