She is survived by: her children, David Retzlaff (Dawn) and Donna Retzlaff; her grandson Isaac Carl Retzlaff; and her siblings, Leona Hoffman, Leslie Hoffman (Karen), Jimmie Hoffman (Carolyn) of Peoria, AZ and Darles Hoffman (Coleen) of Evansville, WI.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
