He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gall and Minnie Gall (Ackerman); his in-laws, J. D. and Esther Crabtree; and his sister Margaret Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Dee Anne Gall of Ellendale, ND; his children, Keith Gall (Karen) of Redfield, SD, Kevin Gall (Jennifer) of Jamestown, ND and Shelley Mansavage (Dennis) of Jamestown, ND; his grandchildren, Macy and Addison Mansavage; his children, Payton, Ethan, Preston Gall, Rylie, Morgan, Nolan, Hayden Gall and Kole DeSpiegler (Josie); his great grandchildren, Graham and Ivy DeSpiegler; and his brothers, Alfred (Carol), Ronald (Loretta), Paul (Donna) and Edward Gall (Virginia).
