He is survived by: his children, John Martinson (Diane) of Edmore, ND and Brenda Stortroen (Bryan) of Climax, MN; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hoefs (Carlye) and Eryn Leier (Ian); his great grandchildren, Shea of Grand Forks, ND and Beau of Grand Forks, ND; his grandsons, Simon Hoefs of Grand Forks, ND and Kaden Martinson (Mary); his great grandchild Theo of Devils Lake, ND; his granddaughter Miranda Bergdahl (Aaron); and his great grandchild Asher of Horace, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
