He is survived by: his wife Bernice Anderson; his daughters, Robin Blazer and Leslie Ploeger (Cory); his grandchildren, Noelle Crockett, Tyler Crockett (Chelsea), Jordan Calayag (Angelo), Alexandra Blum (Trevor), Jerica Bolt (Samuel), Bailey, Gerald, Kendra, Tanner and Parker Mackey; and his siblings, Ron (Sue), Robert, Rosalie Ellingson (Alfred) and Rhonda Rostberg.
