She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Howes and Alma Howes (Fossum); and her brother Duane Howes. She is survived by: her husband Clark Owen Sampson of Edmore; her children, Owen Sampson (Valerie) of Edmore, Christine Bushy of Moorhead, MN, Ned Sampson of Edmore and Ellen Sampson of Rochester, MN; her siblings, LeRoy Howes (Betty) of Edmore, Dennis Howes (Kathie) of Arnegard, ND and Marlene Howes Craik (Michael Christen) of Detroit Lakes, MN; and her grandchildren, Lauren Sampson, Ethan Sampson and Jordyn Bushy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Concordia Lutheran Church of Edmore or Eventide Heartland Care Center of Devils Lake.
