He is survived by: his sons, Ryan (Heather), Tyler (Jamie) and Blake (Kim); his grandchildren, Alex, Allie, Addison, Austin, Ahna and Ty; his wife LeAnn; and his brothers, Kevin (Sheila), Jeff (Shelly) and Joey (Don).
