He is survived by: his wife Debra Sue Thomas; his children, Sebastian Wald (Brittany) of Rolla, ND, Krista Christensen (Jared) of LaMoure, ND, Alana Wagner (Hans) of Crookston, MN, Lucas Wald (Jill) of Edgeley, ND, Candace Barrett (Cory) of Mandan, ND and Angelea Wald of Jamestown, ND.; and his sisters, Rosemary Lubenow and Phyllis Jerstad. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and sixteen grandchildren.
