She was predeceased by: her father John Jerome; her niece Ricanda; her grandparents, Walter, Ethel DuBois, Eva and Joe Jerome; her brother-in-law Randy Gunville; and her godparents, Eleanor and Loren DuBois.
She is survived by: her sons, Ian, Terrance (Harley) and AJ; her mother Evelyn "Cookie" Jerome (DuBois); and her sisters, Kimberly, Sandra, Carla (Linus) and Pamela.
