She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward DeCoteau and Caroline DeCoteau (Brunelle); and her siblings, Louis, Vincent, Gregory, Glenn, Troy DeCoteau, Carol Grant and Gladys DeCoteau.
She is survived by: her children, Misty Smith (Melvin) of Rolla and Lowell DeCoteau of Minot; her grandchildren, Tyden Smith, Kloee DeCoteau, Meah DeCoteau and Emmy Lynn LaVallie; and her siblings, Phyllis Brien (Dalbert) of Belcourt, Robert DeCoteau (Andrea) of Belcourt, Steven DeCoteau of Belcourt, Linda DeCoteau of Belcourt, Claudia DeLong of Belcourt, Wanda DeCoteau of Belcourt and Wallace DeCoteau (Roberta) of Belcourt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
