He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy (Margaret Belgarde) and Margaret; his children, Kiley St. Claire, Brandi Belgarde, Shawn Belgarde and Natasha Aiken; his grandchildren, Kiley Jr., Kingston, Destiny, Curtis, Tyson, Lucas, Abigail, Harper, Catelaya, Paisley, Mary Ann, Neysa, Ethyan and Tristen; his siblings, Betti Jean Azure (Lawrence), David Belgarde (Peggy) and Cathy Thiefoe; his sister-in-law Velda Belgarde; his godchild Carly Houle; his aunts and uncles, Lyle, Alvin, Darwin Belgarde, Rose Mary Bruce and Norma Belgarde; his wife Ruth Houle; his grandparents, Elsina Belgarde, Frank, Rose Belgarde, Robert and Alice St. Claire; his siblings, Beverly Parisien, Sharon Cree, Roxanne Thiefoe, Doris Dubois, LeRoy Belgarde Sr., Gary Belgarde and Ronald Belgarde Sr.; his brothers-in-law, James Parisien, Melvin Cree Sr. and Verlin Dubois; his nieces, Alicia Beston, Tanya Thiefoe and Britta Jean Short; his great-nephew Langston Beston; his nephews, Jeff LaRocque and Jawon Christopher; and his great-niece Jaylynn Belgarde.
