She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Burcham and Gladys Burcham of Dunseith; her grandchildren, Wade and Kayla; and her siblings, Donald Burcham, Joyce Carlson and Kathy Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Fossen (Bruce) of Jamestown, Carolyn Sime of Dickinson and Leon Sime (Laurali) of Williston, ND.; her close friend Gloria Davis of Belcourt; her grandchildren, Reid Fossen (Gabby) of Jamestown, Nancy Waagen of Bottineau, Jenna Sime of Rochester, MN, Kaelyn Sime and Lacey Sime of Williston; her great grandchildren, Adam, Hannah and Rylie; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Espe of Dunseith, Betty Burcham of Kennewick, WA, Florence Sime of Beach, ND and Daniel Sime of Laughlin, NV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Peace Lutheran Church or the Little Prairie Cemetery.
