She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Hausauer and Emilie Hausauer (Sommer); her husband Walter Benz; her sister Anna; and her grandson Ryan Benz.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Elaine) of Dickinson, Kevin (Candice) of Dunn Center, LaRue, Bradley, Craig and Lisa Hendrickson (Alan) of Dunn Center; her siblings, Edward Hausauer (Vera), Alice Goetz of Dunn Center, John (Lorraine), Helen Swenson and Don Hausauer (Phyllis); and her grandchildren, Alecia, Russell, Rachel, Greg, Josh, Jared Benz and Ethan Hendrickson. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
