It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlene Bates (Drayton, North Dakota), who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred (Talley) and Herman Mosolf; her siblings, Aldon, Marvin, Kenneth, Florence and Lois; and her niece Linda.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Bates; her sister Delores; and her children, Nina Hanson (Clint), Carol Benson (Lyle), Jefferey Bates (Michele) and Suzanne Johnsen. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Marlene's family request that memorials be given to the Drayton Senior Center.
