Francis Schiele Obituary

The memory of Francis Schiele of Drake, North Dakota, who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig and Katherine (Richter); his great grandchild Shelby Bruner; and his siblings, Michael, Jerome, Henry, Infant, Nicholas, Anna Marie Mack, Elizabeth Volk and Cecilia Kramer.

He is survived by: his wife Arlene Leier; his children, Wanda Martin (Tim), Clyde Schiele (Mary), Kermit Schiele (Tammy) and Lynn Schiele (Susan); his grandchildren, Travis Martin (Kayla), Amber (Jason), Corey, Carley, Kayle Schiele, Hannah Volk (Randy), Samantha Lelm (Landen), Jacob Schiele, Kelsey Phillips (Bryan) and Tonya Schaffner (Mike); his great grandchildren, Hazel, Kinsley, Hunter Martin, Carter, Sydney Bruner, Layton, Skeeter Lelm, Cambree, Emelia, Phillips and Sawyer Schaffner; and his siblings, Louie Schiele (Rita), Rose Bischof and Magdaline Mack.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (500 Main St, Karlsruhe, ND 58744). A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
