Elaine Irene Vollmer Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Knuth and Hilda Knuth (Schmidt); her husband Melvin Vollmer; her son Barry; her granddaughters, Courtney and Hayley; her parents-in-law, Wilbert and Ida Vollmer; her siblings, Arnold Knuth, Myron Knuth (Viola) and Marlys Driggers (Floyd); and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Vollmer and Allen Vollmer.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jungling (Bruce), Myra Ziegler (Kevin), Arlen Vollmer (Jen), Brian Vollmer (Kristi), Kelly Vollmer, Galen Vollmer (Melissa), Darin Vollmer and Leon Vollmer (Vicki); her grandchildren, Eric Jungling (Natasha), Cheryl Walsh (Jim), Alex Jungling, Billy Ziegler (Taylor), Leslie Burkart (John), Scott Ziegler (Kristen), Ashley, Mindy, Brandon Vollmer, Nate, Kayla Vollmer, Makenna, Jadyn, Kinley Vollmer and Adrienne Vollmer; and her sisters-in-law, Della Vollmer and Rosemary Vollmer. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (502 Main St, Drake, ND 58736). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Balfour Cemetery Fund: 365 40th Street NE Balfour, ND 58712.
