He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jefferson Cook and Frances Cook (Gleich); his wife Susan Cook; and his brothers, Dean, Dana, Brian and Jim.
He is survived by: his son John; his grandson John Cook; his children, Judy, Collin, Jensen (Colorado), Michael and Bobbi Cook; his grandchildren, Avery, Jackson, Anna, William and Grace (Oklahoma); his children, Alisa and Andy Dinges (North Dakota); and his sisters, Colleen Rohr and Rhonda Winch (North Dakota). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
