It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary K. Irion of Dickinson, North Dakota, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Mary may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sutton and Katherine Sutton (Reisenauer); and her husband Marvin Irion of Joseph's Catholic Church. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Irion of Dickinson, ND and Mark Irion of Kulm, ND; and her friend Renae Heidt of Dickinson. She is also survived by numerous friends, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Stevenson Funeral Home - Dickinson (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Mary wanted memorials to be sent to an animal shelter of your choice, St. Jude's, Shriners, or Make a Wish Foundation.
