She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Kohoutek and Mabel Kohoutek (Simonson); and her husband Harley. She is survived by: her stepmother Olga Martinson; her brothers, Richard and Eugene Kohoutek; her daughters, Kathleen Dyer of Livermore, CA and Linda Caron of Rapid City, SD; her grandchildren, Andee Caron, Trista Snipes (Jimmy), Chris Caron (Janel Heidebrink) and Daniel Caron; her great grandchildren, Jazlyn Caron and Brinklee Caron; and her brother J. Thomas Kohoutek of Phoenix, AZ..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to St. John Lutheran Church's Endowment Fund.
