He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Thielen and Loretta Thielen (Messer); his siblings, Allen and Diana; and his sister-in-law Karen Thielen.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Emch; his sons, Jess Albert Thielen and Jace Robert Thielen; his grandchildren, Jaysse James Thielen and Jaxson Cordeil Thielen; and his brother Ronald Thielen (Rachel Myran).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Edward's Cemetery.
