He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin and Nellie (Stafford); his wife Donna Hegge; his son Bruce Olson; his brothers, Charles Olson and Gerald Olson; and also, Arthur and Josephine Hegge.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Olson (Anne) and Barbara Truchan (Bill); his grandchildren, Jennifer Olson of Warren, MN, Michael Olson (Jennifer) and Jessica Olson; and his sister-in-law Beverly Olson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
